On Friday, May 9, the first of two CUBE workshops took place with great success, as part of the European project Digital On Stage!
In this hands-on workshop, artists, performers, and creators engaged with AI tools — exploring how technology can coexist with and inspire stage creation.
One of the workshop’s most distinctive moments was the creative use of ChatGPT. We collaborated with it to design an action framework, invent a fictional actor, and co-write a script that became the foundation for our artistic experiment.
The workshop was led by Elena Stamatopoulou — artist-researcher, director, performer, and lecturer at the Department of Theatre at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki — who guided us with deep knowledge and passion for digital theatre and its potential.
