The CareerBridge project was successfully held from 22–31 August, taking place in Istanbul and hosted by our partners from VİKA.
Youth workers from Greece and Türkiye came together for an intensive Erasmus+ KA153 mobility, learning how to better support young people- especially young women- as they take their first steps into the job market.
Throughout the training, participants explored:
· Digital career guidance tools
· Mentoring & career counselling techniques
· Employability & entrepreneurship for young women
· Practical resources for sustainable mentoring actions
· Inclusion & equal opportunities for youth with fewer opportunities
Through non-formal learning, hands-on workshops, and the exchange of good practices, youth workers strengthened their skills and built lasting connections across borders- all with one shared goal: helping young people build brighter career paths.
