The lace workshops organised by CUBE were successfully completed as part of Craft Innovation Week 2026 and the European project Craftwork4.0All.
For two inspiring days, WeHub was filled with creativity and enthusiasm, bringing together participants of different ages who explored the art of lace-making and created their first designs.
A key role was played by the workshop facilitators Brigid Fox and Catherine Kavanagh from Borris Lacemakers, who generously shared their expertise and guided participants through traditional Irish lace techniques with a contemporary, hands-on approach.
The workshops created a meaningful moment of cultural exchange, connecting traditional craftsmanship with modern creativity.
