It is a journey of memory that begins in Thessaloniki, passes through Casentino, and extends across Europe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solomon Saltiel, <\/strong>a young Jewish soldier from Thessaloniki who was captured in Italy during World War II, left behind a powerful oral testimony \u2014 a voice preserved by his family and today serving as a bridge between peoples and generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On 31 July 2026, we were at the Castello dei Conti Guidi in Poppi for the first public presentation of the project.
