The lace workshops organised by CUBE <\/strong>were successfully completed as part of Craft Innovation Week 2026<\/strong> and the European project Craftwork4.0All.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For two inspiring days, WeHub was filled with creativity and enthusiasm, bringing together participants of different ages who explored the art of lace-making and created their first designs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A key role was played by the workshop facilitators Brigid Fox <\/strong>and Catherine Kavanagh<\/strong> from Borris Lacemakers,<\/a> <\/strong>who generously shared their expertise and guided participants through traditional Irish lace techniques with a contemporary, hands-on approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshops created a meaningful moment of cultural exchange, connecting traditional craftsmanship with modern creativity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
