Art is not only about aesthetics. It is a dynamic way of expression that allows us to relieve ourselves, reconnect with ourselves and understand the world around us more deeply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For many young people experiencing stress due to the climate crisis, artistic activities can be a valuable tool for personal empowerment. In particular, they offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2705 Expression of emotions: art helps to recognise, accept and externalise difficult emotions.
\u2705 Sense of security: it creates an environment free of criticism, where every voice and experience is valued.
\u2705 Connectivity: it enhances empathy and communication between young people.
\u2705 Enhancing self-esteem: encourages self-expression and the emergence of personal potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CUBE through the European project RESET-ART<\/a> harnesses the power of art to support youth professionals, providing them with the tools to effectively help young people affected by ecological stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By fostering imagination, we strengthen mental resilience and pave the way for a healthier and more creative future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
