LGBTQIA+ individuals, especially young people, continue to face discrimination, social exclusion, and mental health challenges. Research shows that young members of the community are at a higher risk of anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts due to a lack of acceptance and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Why is support important?<br>\u2705 For mental health, because access to supportive services saves lives.<br>\u2705 For education &amp; training, because a safe and inclusive learning environment allows young people to grow, become empowered, and reach their full potential.<br>\u2705 For employment, because LGBTQIA+ individuals deserve equal opportunities and safe workplaces where they can be themselves without fear of discrimination or exclusion.<br>\u2705 For social justice, because a world with more equality and acceptance is a better world for everyone.
